I have been training at the academy since Aug 2021. Professor Leandro has created an amazing community and everyone is there for each other. Professor Leandro demonstrates and gives you all his knowledge from all his experiences competing in tournaments and life. Professor Leandro brings an amazing experience from Judo in the Olympics to life situations. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. One Big Family. A great place to train. The academy is clean, the instructors are patient and knowledgeable, and the members are all welcoming and friendly. My son, who is autistic, enjoys training here and it has helped him to work on his social skills, increase his self confidence, and develop perseverance. Best gym ever! 1. Professor Leandro and coaches are incredibly skilled, practical, and friendly. We even have a visiting professor who’s an Olympic bronze medalist—how awesome is that? 2. The gym is spacious, with enough room for 10-15 sparrings happening at once. 3. Most importantly, the teammates are super supportive. I've trained at a few gyms before, but I’ve never experienced such a welcoming and friendly team. Feeling lucky to train with these lions and lionesses! Highly recommend!
I can’t recommend this Jiu Jitsu academy enough. The training is fantastic, with a good balance of detailed instruction, patience, and authenticity. Both Leandro, the gym owner, and Leo, the other lead instructor, bring their expertise directly from Brazil. They are both very friendly and supportive. This is not an intimidating place to learn BJJ - if you want to learn with a friendly group of people then this is the place to try. Everyone here is incredibly welcoming.
Started my training in June of 2023. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Professor Leandro and Professor Leo are both outstanding teachers. The coaches are also extremely patient and helpful. Everyone is super welcoming, great community. Can't recommend this place enough!

I stopped in for a class while traveling on business. There was a healthy warm up. Followed by drills, more traditional Jitsu, a change from the cage fighters I roll with back home. Followed by sparring. Everyone was nice, the Master was very technical. Took his time with the fundamentals.

Professor Leandro is the best teacher for starting this journey. He will teach you to be patient, technical, and calm in all situations. Great values to take with you in all facets of life, especially for kids! So glad I joined this academy!
Great place to take your kids or yourself too learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. There is Always a BLACK BELT instructing the class.
This was my first class in Jui-Jitsu. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and explained the exercises very effectively. I also spoke with Kevin who was also knowledgeable in the practice and talked about his experience and the origins of Jui-Jutisu, which is very cool.
Great place, they reopened last week (June 8, 2020). Super clean, social distance, wonderful teachers. Highly recommend! My son and daughter (11 and 12 year old) love it!

The Professors are amazing teachers and the Charles Gracie philosophy really helps to encourage their students, including my six and nine year olds, to pay attention, practice and encourage one another.
