Nice gym, good vibes and great people. Been a member for over a year and cannot imagine training anywhere else. A place for the newbie and those with experience under outstanding instruction. Many BJJ classes throughout the week to fit everyone's schedule. Come join the fam and see you on the mats!

I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in the school. Great vibes and even better coaches. Very demanding, but only to your personal capabilities. If your looking for a friendly, CLEAN and professional environment; look no further. Hope to see u on the mats! Oss!!!

I have trained at several jiu jitsu gyms since I started training in 2015 and Unico is my favorite gym. The program and the workouts are structured in a way that benefits people of all levels of experience. The gym has a strong family feel. Several adult members of the gym have their children enrolled in the kids program. The instructors, JT and Derric, deliver excellent instruction that can be understood by all the students and emphasize safety throughout the conduct of training. I look forward to training everyday. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in jiu jitsu or kick boxing with at any level of experience.

First attended open mat today, and it was a fantastic experience. Clean and well maintained. Great group that accepted me right away. Will be back. Thank you!
