  Everyone there is great! The support and camaraderie from the coaches & between the students, makes you want to keep going back for more! I have never felt so confident and self assured! And now, at 49, I’m in the best shape of my life! Simply cannot say enough good about these guys!

  Best gym I've ever been to! Everyone is super helpful no matter what your goal is rather you want to become a fighter or for fitness purposes this gym treats you like family!!! Also the best instruction you can ask for in kentucky and further they'll never steer you wrong!
