I am grateful for this place, I have friends who train & teach here. I appreciate their welcoming environment. If you're looking for a fun place to learn Jiu Jitsu & make friends this is it 😃
After my previous gym closed down, I was looking for a new jiu-jitsu home. I had done some crosstraining at several gyms, and I couldn't imagine picking another gym. Great instruction, solid intensity and an awesome developing gym culture.
Awesome gym and awesome people. They also have a great kids program with lots of female participation if you have daughters.
Great gym for a great workout, Sean is my go to trainer.

You want to get trained to take down any level of competition? Go see my man, Sean. He’s the only human Chuck Norris has ever said he looks up to. Don’t believe me, find out for yourself and schedule a private session with him today!
