Absolutely brilliant for children being bullied or mental/emotional issues. From seeing a child being bullied for so long to after a few weeks of sessions beating the bullies, its emotional. Both Mario and Steve have little one to one chats to put a child at ease inc focusing on bullying issues they may have. BJJ and boxing combined sessions helps one on one strategies, focus, inner strength etc plus its fitness too. Ash, the BJJ instructor has so much patience yet firm to not let a child back out of training. Mario himself joins the sessions. Pushes the children to the ability they can handle, thus forcing their inner strength. Steve,(boxing) focuses the children well. Again, firm but fair. Very approachable if any issues. All the instructors are really soft teddy bears with the children. Membership is paid monthly (£50). Minimum of 12 sessions per month for 5-9yr olds, 8x BJJ (2 weekly) and 4x boxing, (1 weekly) other places are usually 4 sessions per month. Try a first free session, no looking back after that.

Been training here for 5 weeks and it’s been a class experience so far. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and know how to help you in the best ways. Every session feels worthwhile, and the atmosphere in the gym is always on a high. Would definitely recommend.
My son really enjoys this place and is always happy to attend the training sessions. We appreciate the effort and dedication that goes into the children's classes and activities. However, there is one important point I would like to raise. The lady working at the reception does not always treat certain people with the same level of respect and professionalism. In my experience, her manner towards some individuals can come across as unprofessional and unwelcoming. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as I believe all visitors and parents should be treated with equal respect. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards,
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Training at Trojan Free Fighters has been an amazing experience from day one. As soon as I walked through the door, I knew I was in good hands. Mario, Steve, and the whole team have been absolutely brilliant. They are professional, supportive, and know exactly how to push you to be your best. Every session makes me feel stronger, fitter, and more confident, not just physically but mentally as well. I'm currently training for a charity boxing event, and I honestly couldn't ask for better coaches. The support, encouragement, and effort they put into everyone is second to none. A massive thank you to Mario, Steve, and everyone at the gym. I really appreciate everything you're doing to help us prepare for fight night. I have been training here to take part in an Ultra MMA. The facilities are great and you can tell they are looked after. There is a welcoming atmosphere from all the coaches (even Mario) and all of the regulars. The knowledge of everyone and the willingness to help has made this a great experience. Mario is a great coach always pushing people to be better and the progress I have made is a reflection of this.
What a great gym, very welcoming for all abilities. Im doing the ultra event so train there 2 days a week. If your looking to get fit then mario and steve will definately do that. Boxing and mma classes run every week. Great trainers even better human beings.
Been coming to the free Muay Thai class on Thursday for weeks now. Good spacious gym. Coaches are excellent and get you inspired to train hard. You’re in good hands with Mario.

Posted 2 years agoMario is a great coach, the free session on a Thursday is great to get started. Friendly team, push you hard and a great workout. Great for beginners and advanced people. Love learning something new and pushing myself.
Posted 2 years agoYour place for martial art training, ranging from playful and fun classes to 5-10year old to high level coaching style with Mario and other black belt and purple belt coaches. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere from day one, love it, and have been on it every week since I started. Top notch!
