Been coming to the free Muay Thai class on Thursday for weeks now. Good spacious gym. Coaches are excellent and get you inspired to train hard. You’re in good hands with Mario.

Your place for martial art training, ranging from playful and fun classes to 5-10year old to high level coaching style with Mario and other black belt and purple belt coaches. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere from day one, love it, and have been on it every week since I started. Top notch!

Mario is a great coach, the free session on a Thursday is great to get started. Friendly team, push you hard and a great workout. Great for beginners and advanced people. Love learning something new and pushing myself.
