  I visited Treaty Grappling during my work trip to Limerick. Great training spot! Tom is a world-class grappler and a brilliant instructor. The atmosphere is top-notch, and the crew is very welcoming. A must-visit for any grappler who happens to be in this beautiful city.

  Dropped by for an Open Mat when I was back in Limerick for a few days and had some great rounds with the lads. Everyone was very welcoming and respectful. The space itself was really cool with the art decals and super clean. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Limerick area and wanting to train. Really important as a girl in a primarily male dominated sport to feel safe and inclusive which I absolutely did! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the city. Also they had a great female changing room with cute lil bits - hair ties etc which is always a bonus.

  Absolutely top class gym. Very high level rolls and everyone is sound out. The place is impeccably clean, and it is the nicest women's changing room I have ever seen in a jiu-jitsu gym. Well worth a visit ❤️

  I dropped in for one evening session and an open mat. I found a great team in a wonderful gym. I joined the class with my girlfriend and Tom was very open and welcoming. At the open mat I rolled with people across all ranks. Everyone was sharp, skilled and gentle as it has to be. If I were staying in Limerick for longer, it would be my gym of choice and a must stop on my next trip through Ireland. Thanks for making rainy days a bit more sunny!

  If you’re looking for the best place to train in Limerick look no further. From the very first moment i stepped at Treaty Grappling i knew this was the place to train at. Tom is a phenomenal coach, friendly, attentive and an awesome person. Classes are fun, dynamic and safe. All training partners are great, and really fun to roll with. I can assure you that you’ll have the time of your life training over here, at least i did.
