  Absolutely love this place! Coach Shane is very helpful and really takes the time to guide everyone. The atmosphere is amazing, great vibes, friendly people, and a real sense of community. Hands down the best Jiu Jitsu academy in Limerick.

  Fantastic BJJ gym in Limerick, with dedicated coaches and athletes coming through the doors every day to improve and help others get better. Great mix of focus on the ground game of jiu jitsu, and standup wrestling and judo details. If you have any interest in train BJJ in Limerick whether you are new to BJJ or are already experienced, I highly recommend this gym. Mup PSF

  Been dropping into a few gyms recently as I’ve been travelling and this gym has blown my mind. Firstly the energy is infectious and the lads were so incredibly welcoming to me. The coaching was top notch and the rounds were super tough but everyone was very respectful. Highly recommend dropping by if you’re in Limerick. Also as a girl in a primarily male dominated sport it’s important to feel safe and inclusive which I absolutely did. I will be back soon!!
