Good gym, good work outs, good coaching. Great way to stay in shape.
Had an amazing experience at Top Knotch! The gym was very clean and everyone was welcoming. Coach Damian was awesome! He provides attention and helpful feedback to his students, is extremely friendly, and makes the class fun!
Such a great gym! So clean and welcoming, it can be intimidating as a woman in these spaces but this gym was so warm and friendly! Amazing to have such high level Muay Thai instructors in Winnipeg. Looking forward to visiting this gym again next time I am in town. Damian is the best.
Top notch mma is a great place for all levels to come train. The team atmosphere is unmatched, with high level coaching. I highly recommend this gym!! Thanks Coach!
Posted 2 years agoThis gym has quickly become like a second home to my son and I. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the energy is awesome. Not only will you learn new skills and get in shape, but you'll become part of a really amazing community of coaches and athletes in all age groups and skill levels. Highly recommend!!!
Really awesome gym. Very welcoming coaches. Super reasonable price. What I also really like is how much they motivate the kids. Took my son a couple times and they just made him feel like a champ.
If you’re looking for a high-quality mixed martial arts gym, look no further! This gym truly exceeded my expectations. I was blown away by the expertise and experience of the coaches. They are not only skilled professionals, but they’re also great teachers who take a genuine interest in their students progress. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by the entire staff. The facility is top-knotch, with a wide variety of equipment to chose from. The atmosphere was also incredible - the other members were friendly and supportive, making it feel like a true community. The workouts themselves were challenging but fun, and I felt like I was making progress everyday. Overall, I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their mixed martial arts skills, get in great shape, and become a part of a fantastic community.
The place is shut down. The building has been replaced by "dental Arts dynasty" don't waste your time, they don't answer calls and the intercom just goes to voice mail.
