Both of the owners are absolutely incredible. Ability to recognize a younger child and offer self confidence among a plethora of items you have the right place. They know the middle ground of not to strict, but can drop the hammer when need be. They would be my first pick in town for any 7-14 age bracket. I saw substantial growth with my son going here. Excellent staff.

Wonderful experience! We've been participating at Tiger Rock for almost two years. Not only is the staff great, but my children are having fun learning lifetime skills, all while getting, some much needed exercise!

We have had our kids going here for over a year now. They live it, the community they build is great. The life skills they learn through learning a martial art is priceless. Both our kids have grown in their confidence and self discipline. Definitely a place to try for anyone looking for a way to keep active and learn new skills for use both at the academy and in life.

Absolutely the best thing for our boys! The passion and attention to the kids, youth, and adults that attend this Academy is above and beyond. The owners truly love what they do and it shows when you see them interacting with their students and the parents. The Academy itself offers up to 5 sessions per week per person without jacking up your monthly membership. That is hard to find in ANY sport. They offer plenty of testing opportunities but also make sure they don't just hand out stripes and belts; they truly want their students to both grow and earn their accolades. Keep doing what you're doing Tiger Rock SF!
