Third Ward Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Defense

I attended their LGBTQ+ class and had a great first class into self defense. Instructors are throughly knowledgeable and welcoming to all.

Small class sizes, technical instruction, safe learning environment, and a diverse, fun group of members. A unique place to train and make friends.

I enjoyed the ease of participation, and learned about how to engage with different body types while defending myself. Great instructors, and it's an inclusive space. Highly recommend for any level!

A beautiful, accessible space. So grateful there is a place like this in Houston and in Texas.

I dropped in at this gym while visiting town. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. It’s a great gym environment. I definitely recommend checking them out, and I’ll be dropping in again next time I’m in Houston.
