Third Ward Jiu-Jitsu is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Houston, TX providing affordable self-defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to the kids, women, and LGBTQ community in the Third Ward, Houston area.

    I enjoyed the ease of participation, and learned about how to engage with different body types while defending myself. Great instructors, and it's an inclusive space. Highly recommend for any level!

    I dropped in at this gym while visiting town. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. It’s a great gym environment. I definitely recommend checking them out, and I’ll be dropping in again next time I’m in Houston.
