  I’ve been training at Therien Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing Orleans for three years, and their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is very good. Under Sensei Ely’s guidance, the curiculum is great for all skill levels. The classes have built my skills, confidence, and fitness in a supportive, community-driven environment. The Sunday high-level open mat is a highlight, offering intense, respectful rolls with skilled partners. Coaches are always present to provide guidance and ensure safety during these sessions. The clean, well-equipped dojo and passionate instructors make every class great. Therien Orleans is a top-tier academy I wholeheartedly recommend! Thank you Prof Ely and team

  I transitioned to Therien from another Martial Arts school 4 months ago. It has been the best change I've ever made. It didn't take me more than five minutes in class to learn that the previous school had been falling drastically short in their teachings. Classes are filled with a large number of high ranking martial artists combined with a nice blend of newcomers and early ranked practitioners. It is apparent that my progress in being monitored and that the teachers are genuinely interested in making me the best version of myself. A class act organization top to bottom. 5 years later and I stand by everything I said. Its a big family that likes to beat me up and take the best care of me at the same time. Filled with great teachers that are always looking out for you!

  At 51yrs old, I finally decided to walk into a jiu-jitsu gym & see if I might be able to give it a try. The team at Therien were very gracious, & welcoming. It’s a great gym with a tremendous sense of camaraderie! There is a family friendly vibe making this place tick. For anyone interested in giving some martial arts a try, & or thinking about signing up your children, I highly recommend Therien Jiu Jitsu & Kickboxing.👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
