  I purchased medals and trophies here recently while organizing a sports tournament. I was very happy with the service, as the quality of the medals/trophies were not only very good, but they were delivered on time. Next time I organize a tournament, I know where to go when purchasing awards for the winning athletes.

  I've never left a negative review anywhere before. I simply don't know what else to do. I cannot recommend ordering anything from this business. In August 2025 I placed an order with their website. I did not receive the items ordered. Multiple queries and emails went unanswered. Their voice mail is not monitored according to their own recording. After 6 attempts and two months passing I finally received an email with apologies (but no explanation) and a promise of a refund and to send the item out. Now further weeks have passed and nothing has occurred. I hate to leave a negative review of a small business, but I am at a loss for what else I can do. Edit: after posting this review I received a refund, four months after placing the order. No explanations offered as to why it was not possible to fill the order.

  The gentlemen that owns this company is very respectful and he does excellent work engraving. He engraved 5 wedding items. I respect him and like is work. He did excellent job on the items. I was one very happy costumer. And for a good price. I went back to see him because I wanted the other side of the wedding knife engraved and he did it the same day and did not charge me. I recommend this company to everyone.

  Everything I've ever ordered multiple items from the Martial Artist over the last 8 years, and all have been the highest quality. The proof of pride in craftsman ship is evident. Would highly recommend to my closest friends and families and would definitely order again.

  I had to watch my partner lose her mom and then I had to watch as she tried, amongst everything else she was getting in order, get the run around with you while simply trying to get her moms urn engraved on time for her celebration of life. I won’t go into details, as you can read her post, but this is a very poor way to conduct business. I hope you use this situation/reviews to do better in the future and treat your customers with more respect.
