  Fantastic place to train regardless of ability, coaches are brilliant and well versed in Muay Thai. went with my sone (we have little or no experience) coaches were brilliant and welcoming. recommend this place to everyone.

  I've known Adil for the best part of 25 years. Not only is he an excellent fighter/coach, he is a brilliant down to earth human being. No better role model for the kids, and no better friend to have in your corner. If you truly want a genuine experience learning self defense/martial arts (for yourself or your kids), the Strike Centre is the place for you. No fancy belts here. Just real world relevent skills that you/your kids may have to rely on one day.

  The strike center is a top quality gym, I am not from around the Rochdale area however always make sure to come down to the classes when I’m in the Manchester area. The coaches are highly knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The gym also hosts a lot of talented athletes which speaks volumes for how good the coaches are. Thanks Adil and the team, what a gym you’ve built!

  I take my son every week, the other little boys have been great at making him feel welcome. Coach trains well and ensures that individual child progress is monitored accordingly. The kids practice various moves throughout their hour session. All staff are very friendly and polite.

  Very good gym all the coaches very nice and polite.The gym is run very well and respected by everyone who enters, I have been coming for a while now and I haven’t had one bad experience. I would recommend coming.
