  Very nice venue would love to train here if i lived closer.. Nice and modern strength and conditioning areas Big thank you for hosting the interclub If i was to nitpick It would be toilet facilities were a mess and only 2 male toilets. Sure it not a problem any normal day but today at the interclub it was very busy and toilet seats were covered in urine all day

  The gym is truly outstanding, with fantastic coaches who are both knowledgeable and passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The training itself is great, with a focus on technique, drilling, and live rolling that really helped me to improve my skills and feel more confident on the mats. The coaches were always willing to offer individual attention and guidance, and I felt like I was making progress every time I trained. I cannot recommend this BJJ gym highly enough. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, the gym has something to offer everyone. The coaches are excellent, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the training partners are top-notch. If you are looking for a great BJJ gym, SBG Rochdale is definitely the place to be!

  Very experienced coaches with great teaching methods. There's a good mix of experience of students, competitors and hobbyists. Would highly recommend... especially the Brazilian Jiujitsu.

  SBG Rochdale not only has amazing facilities (including the biggest mat space I have seen so far!), but they also have such a great sense of team spirit and are such a welcoming bunch of people. Everyone is so welcoming. The coaches are so knowledgeable, for both beginners and advanced! Highly recommend.

  Phenomenal place to be! As soon as you arrive you feel like your part of something more than just a gym, but a family. All the coaches are very informative, patient and supportive. If you want to just get fit, build confidence or even be competitive then these guys will help you all the way. Everybody on the mats are truly great people. 10/10 and a must for me!!
