I truly love the atmosphere and programs here, and so does my child! Every coach is amazing at encouraging and inspiring kids while being very responsible. This is not just a simple physical training program — it provides kids with challenges on multiple levels. We especially enjoy the variety of team games — they not only help improve physical fitness but also foster collaboration and critical thinking. My child truly enjoys and looks forward to the weekly sessions. I also appreciate the flexibility of the schedule, where we can freely choose weekly sessions and even freeze classes when needed to fit our family plans. It’s very thoughtful and family-friendly. Honestly, this is by far the most satisfying program we’ve experienced in the Bay Area. Highly recommend!

Our kid has been in this class for 6 months and it is a great well rounded class for the body and mind. I was struggling finding a good strength and fitness program for my 11 year old, because all sports activities like soccer or swimming are competitive at this age. We wanted something that helps builds his fitness in a non competitive way, and this is great. They do crunches and such that builds body strength, and teach cooperative martial arts and using that to navigate obstacles in parkour. Well structured classes and professional instructors. Highly recommend.

I couldnt share enough positive things about The Praxeum, honestly - so this might be a long one. Key takeaways: Setting: The Praxeum is a very clean gym! Their equipment looks well-taken care of and it's a really big spacious gym! Also, on that note, they have a plethora of great tools available for training - from ropes, bars, blocks or towers of all levels, trampolines, stepping blocks of all sizes, mats and many other equipment geared to create a safe but challenging obstacle for their members. There is ample seating area for families so that you can enjoy watching your little ones train and to sit comfortably while you wait for the class to finish. Restrooms are clean and always well-stocked. Commanders: The team is a small tight-knit group that are very well-versed and knowledgeable in the courses that they train. They are very kind and very welcoming, but are also very professional and focused when the classes start - which I appreciate. Above all, they really know how to make it fun for my little ones and encourage them to do their best in every skill that they learn. My favorite part is that they are really attentive with every kid they train. In our time joining The Praxeum, it seems as though the gym has grown significantly, yet the commanders are still able to keep in mind each detail (from strengths to weaknesses) of the many many people they train - my kids included and that speaks many volumes of dedication to me! I can tell that the commanders really invest themselves into all that they train and is one of the biggest reason why we see our kids long-term in this program. Service: 20/10 rating. The Praxeum delivers on its promise. The training really drives my kids to learn outside of their comfort zone. It's great to see the kids get challenged and succeed because they are inspired to do more and do better. This part is important for me and my husband, because it is a solid foundation in life that our little ones can carry later on even when they are not in the program anymore. I also love that my kids are able to learn a more in-depth lesson on the art of working with others - no matter the size of the person, the strength, and the age. That's right, they allow all of their members to come together during their Guardian Games (the best week of all their training sessions) and work with one another to achieve the same goal - so awesome! This is aside from the physical skills that they learn. My son is becoming more and more flexible and his hand-eye coordination is getting so much better. My daughter, on the other hand, doesn't have an issue with this. But my son, who is very timid and can be pretty clumsy, is starting to move a lot differently. I can tell that he is more aware of his physical movements and abilities after being in the program for almost 6 months. I can go on and on about this bit of my review but I think I was already able to highlight enough of my favorite takeaways from the program. The biggest thing for me and my husband is that The Praxeum is a gateway to a lot of critical skills that our kids can apply in the regular world and we truly appreciate what the whole program instills in our little ones. We have been raving about The Praxeum to all our friends and family. And I highly recommend this gym to everyone. If you're shopping around for a program like this anywhere in the bay, I say look no more. This is the place you want to be. It is affordable, it has structure, and it delivers what it promises! 117% satisfied customers 😊

Did a 25 adult team building event here with my staff and it was probably the most fun a bunch of adults could have together!! They started off with some instructions on how to jump and land safely, then warmed us up with some simple challenges to get us into groups. From there we did different obstacle courses — jumping and learning to climb and cartwheel through the obstacles. Lastly, we did a large group teamwork activity playing the floor is lava and trying to get everyone onto a tower. It was a Blast! Aside from just being really good exercise, the team at the Praxeum made sure we were safely executing the challenges. They broke us up into smaller teams and each team had a coach/spotter who would guide us through the obstacles. Love that they teach about movement that goes beyond getting from point A to B but to help others and care for others as well while you’re doing it. I’ve seen their children’s program and I love their concept of the kids training to become guardians to help others and keep people safe. It’s an amazing environment for a kid to be in all while channeling their immense energy into something that’s healthy too! Would highly highly recommend this for kids, adults, and any companies looking for a team Building activity.

We've been going here for a few months and my son absolutely loves it. Original we were looking at gymnastics options for him but he wanted something more fun and parkour was perfect for him. I love that he gets to learn self defense, MMA and then do fun stuff. I also like the teaching of instilling courage, love, care and a strong mind. It's great that parents can also do the class at the same time during the weekend. I find the class to be pretty difficult. Someday I enjoy it. Someday I don't because it's just hard, but I love that I get do do this together with my kids.
