Been attending for few months, everyone was welcoming from the start and very patient with my learning ups and downs. Made a lot of great friends among these good people. And the teachers and management always work on new initiatives, trying to make the place nicer, the training more varied and relevant and the student experience better. All this for a very reasonable price, would recommend everyone to at least have a shot at one of the many free classes they offer.
Posted 8 months agoOrganised and friendly. Very helpful and happy to cater to needs if you are new to a particular martial art or in general. Clean showers, toilets and mats, regularly maintained. The coaches are very helpful and thoroughly guide you through techniques. Tom and Duncan are particularly good at making sure everybody at group classes understands MMA techniques and go over them multiple times. They even do a recap on following lessons. Highly recommend giving these guys a go if you are a trained fighter or a beginner, they have a bit of everything. Also, another unique quality in this gym is that they offer Japanese Jiu Jiu-jitsu lessons which is a rare martial art to learn these days.
Posted 6 months agoA great place to train with really supportive coaches like Sergiu and Prof. Juniao. It’s motivating to grow alongside everyone and see the group improving together, not just yourself. Classes are well structured and run throughout the day, from morning to evening, so there’s really no excuse to miss training! The facilities are modern and well kept, with two mats. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start or progress in Jiu Jitsu!
Posted 7 months agovery clean gym with encouraging and professional BJJ instructors, and an inclusive community with all belt colours. As a small sized woman I feel safe and welcome training here. Plenty of classes in the mornings, evenings and at lunchtime to cater to any schedule.
Posted 6 months agoI started attending women's self-defence classes (Anahita has taught me effective techniques for real-life situations) before I officially started Japanese Jiu Jitsu training in May 2025. The dojo is very tidy and stylish. Beautiful artworks on the walls. The instructors are wonderful and proficient. They offer traditional Japanese jiu jitsu (JJJ), Brazilian jiu jitsu (BJJ), and MMA. Highly recommend this place!
