Antonio is a great coach, he has created a solid environment to train in and tailors the classes to his group and individuals needs. There isn't any egos or bad members at this gym and everyone is respectful. There is also a great Gym App avaliable to members that shows your progress, class notes, ranking, attendance and class booking facilities which you don't often get which is really handy to have. I'm an outsider that works in london and have been training here for about a month or so now and antonio and the members have been very welcoming. If you're in the kings cross or london area and are looking for somewhere to train this gym is perfect.
Reis BJJ has an amazing training environment, everyone there is respectful, and hygienic, and its all because of the gym culture that the head coach antonio promotes. Antonio’s love for the sport is what really makes his lesson fun and detailed so you come out of it having had a good session and having learnt something
Honest, humble, caring, and extremely technical. These are just some of the words I think of when describing coach Antonio. If you want to learn BJJ correctly I’d highly recommend Reis BJJ.
My first class was great, coach Antonio was very welcoming and very professional. The facilities are great. There is even a foosball table!
I was only able to come to one class but coach Antonio taught me so much in that one class, demonstrates step by step and is very helpful. Great environment. Even if you aren't thinking about doing bjj, just go anyways, trust me. Thank you coach Antonio 😁
The academy is led by Coach Antonio, an exceptional coach - dedicated, patient, highly technical, and genuinely a great person. His BJJ lineage comes from one of the top gyms in London, CFS, so if you want to learn from the best, this is your chance. Antonio is currently building up his group classes (which I’m part of), making this a perfect opportunity to join from the beginning. You’ll benefit from close attention, personalized guidance, and a great environment in a small (for now!) class. On top of that, Reis BJJ academy offers the best BJJ prices in town. I truly recommend Reis BJJ.
