Super welcoming MMA gym! Lanch and Wil are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always guiding you to improve. The training atmosphere is supportive, with plenty of encouragement, patience, and attention to detail. Other members are friendly, motivating, and always happy to lend a hand.

I walked into the lab quite nervous & intimidated but was very quickly put at ease & felt excited to go back for another go. Over the past few months I have been made to feel welcome, very encouraged & also inspired to try new classes! I look forward to every class, my fitness has improved but most importantly my non existent confidence is returning & that’s got a lot to do with Lanch & the lab, it’s quite a special place!
