  Really good environment, friendly folks and an amazing coach. I've trained alot of places and this is one of my favourites gyms. There's a lot of guests who come in and show variations on techniques. Classes are structured well and a macro focus on a subset of techniques/positions on a week by week basis really helps with memory retention and developing skill.

  This is a fantastic gym with a great coach and a friendly community to roll with. Both myself and my daughter are members, the kids class is good fun and the growth in my child since starting is unreal! There’s lots of classes to fit around work and childcare and the facilities have everything and more than you could need with gym equipment upstairs, two floors of mats, showers... Whether your new to bjj or experienced give this gym a try as it’s so much more than just a gym.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic gym. I started as a complete beginner white belt having never trained Jiu Jitsu before, and from day one everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable on the mats. The atmosphere in the gym is really friendly and supportive, which makes a huge difference when you’re starting out. Head coach Carl is brilliant – a great coach who takes time with everyone and explains things in a way that really helps you learn and improve. He’s also amazing with my daughter in the kids class. He’s great at building the kids’ confidence while keeping the classes fun and structured. It’s been a great experience for both of us and I’d highly recommend Dark Arts Jiu Jitsu to anyone thinking about start

  I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into an incredibly friendly and supportive environment. The owner is not only a fantastic coach with a deep knowledge of Jiu Jitsu, but also a genuinely great person and friend who truly cares about every member of the team. He takes the time to help everyone improve, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. The team here is amazing as well. Everyone is respectful, encouraging, and always willing to help each other grow. It’s the kind of place where you feel part of a community the moment you step on the mats. Another thing that really stands out is how clean and well-maintained the gym is. The mats and facilities are always spotless, which shows how much pride the owner and members take in the place. It creates a really comfortable and professional training environment. Overall, it’s an incredibly welcoming gym with great coaching, a brilliant team atmosphere, and top-notch cleanliness. If you’re thinking about starting Jiu Jitsu or looking for a new place to train, this is the place to be.

  Checked out the new gym soon as it opened, and it’s amazing. So much so I signed up as a member immediately. The gym itself is outstanding, rolling on proper Fuji mats is so good. Carl himself is lovely guy, welcoming. And very established with BJJ. Excited to be part of Dark Arts
