  My son attends and i cannot recommend them enough. Shane is an amazing professor and so good with the kids. As well as the other trainers, they are all great! The best club for fitness, confidence and self defense the positive changes in my son since starting are amazing. Great atmosphere, great people, highly recommend! Thank you! 🙏🏼

  Started taking my son to the tiny champions class with one of his friends and they both absolutely love it. Week by week the boys are improving and getting a great understanding of the basic drills/skills. After talking with Shane after one of the children’s classes I started doing the adults open class myself and can say I really enjoy it. Very impressed with the delivery of both adult and junior sessions, making it challenging but engaging for all ages and abilities. Shane and Vicky both lovely and couldn’t be more welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone who is either looking to start from scratch or looking to further develop their skills.

  Both of my sons come here and they have a lot of fun my younger one goes to under 7s and my older to adult training. They make big progress and are more confident and physically more fit. It's a great place overall everyone is friendly.

  I visited this gym last night and was amazed how warmly inwas welcomed. The gym is clean and has a large mat area, so plenty of space to drill and spar. The coaching was brilliant and coach Shane took the time with everyone on the mats, to help tweek and correct the techniques being taught. If you want to learn bjj in a gym with friendly, talented people that care....come to Mpire👍🏻
