Paul, Dec and the team are amazing! Paul's knowledge is second to none in both the sport and self defence aspects of martial arts.His rich history of being taught by some of the the best in the world clearly shows, and he explains in a way everyone can understand. The club is very welcoming and a fantastic place to train and learn for kids and adults with a vartlty of sessions to suit all.I would highly recommend

Paul is an incredible BJJ instructor and a genuinely great guy. His teaching style is clear, patient, and brilliant, making the class a fantastic experience. No matter whether you're a beginner or advanced, Paul creates a welcoming environment that pushes you to improve. Everyone is super friendly and I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to train BJJ with an amazing coach!

My 7 year old has started coming here and the welcome was fantastic. Really nice place full of really nice people. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic academy for all ages. Knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, and encouraging! All in all like a second family. The children's sessions are fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better place.
