My family and I cannot be happier with this gym. I have received so many tips personal to my grappling game that far outweighs what I have paid in dues. The Forge has taken responsibility for each person I have referred and made them all feel welcome. A lot of clubs leave out the importance of a good “welcoming committee”. The coaches and owner of The Forge have not. Highly recommend for your striking and grappling pursuits.

Our 8 year old son trains here. After class, he is a sweaty mess with a huge smile on his face. He tells us that rolling is his favorite activity and he can't wait until the next class to do it again. He's an only child, so it makes my husband and I glad to know that he is able to roll with other kids considering he lacks that in a sibling. My husband and I are not in the class, but you can tell there's a strong feeling of family here. We are very happy with this gym! Thank you to Rob and the team that runs it.

I have trained with this organization a few times. This gym is one of the best I have seen in the USA. I think Rob and his family understand how to treat people and care for your safety better than most. This is a family of protectors and you should train with them as soon as you can. Peter E
