Our 8 year old son trains here. After class, he is a sweaty mess with a huge smile on his face. He tells us that rolling is his favorite activity and he can't wait until the next class to do it again. He's an only child, so it makes my husband and I glad to know that he is able to roll with other kids considering he lacks that in a sibling. My husband and I are not in the class, but you can tell there's a strong feeling of family here. We are very happy with this gym! Thank you to Rob and the team that runs it.

My family and I cannot be happier with this gym. I have received so many tips personal to my grappling game that far outweighs what I have paid in dues. The Forge has taken responsibility for each person I have referred and made them all feel welcome. A lot of clubs leave out the importance of a good “welcoming committee”. The coaches and owner of The Forge have not. Highly recommend for your striking and grappling pursuits.

I have trained with this organization a few times. This gym is one of the best I have seen in the USA. I think Rob and his family understand how to treat people and care for your safety better than most. This is a family of protectors and you should train with them as soon as you can. Peter E

You know I only been in the forge for a month, and so far it is by far the best decision I have made. There's numerous different martial arts being offered here, all of which are lead by knowledgeable, friendly people. There's a range of monthly plan options and merchandise at reasonable prices. Definitely would highly recommend coming here.

Had been looking into this place for a while before finally convincing myself to try it out, which ended up being an amazing choice. Everyone there is super friendly, and I had a great time and continue to do so. Instructors and students alike made me very comfortable, which was one of my biggest concerns. I can't recommend this gym enough. It really does feel like home. The community is awesome. I've met so many great people here. All encouragement, no ego. The instructors are very good at what they do. I can't say enough good things about Rob. I've learned and improved so much here since I started and am excited to keep doing so for as long as I can. This place has done wonders for me not only physically but mentally. It's a blessing to be a part of this community. Seriously love you guys.

This place feels like home. You get the best of the best coaching in multiple arts, and you gain a family in the meantime. It is very affordable, without sacrificing the value of training. We were searching for a place where the encouragement was high and the ego was low and we found it! Rob is extremely knowledgeable and works well with every age. There is a great family atmosphere combined with extensive knowledge in martial arts. My teenage son and I are able train together with the availability for growth physically and mentally. Awesome Classes!! Wow! The Instructors are know there stuff. This is the place to go if you want to learn how defend yourself. Insane workout too. If i could give them 10 stars i would do that. Instructors Rob and Matt are extremely welcoming and actually care about my success in training. They don’t just look at me as a dollar sign.

Quit your karate classes and come here instead. You won't find a martial art with more real-life application. The guys who run the classes are good folks. Just ask them if there's anything specific you're looking for.

Hands-down the best pricing for a family plan in the area. The instructors are very good and are excellent with kids. My son loves attending family classes with me. Classes are focused on practical street application and combine strength, conditioning, and technique training. They are also very good at helping you adapt and build on things you may have learned elsewhere.
