  Amazing group down there. My twins do boxing and ju jitsu they love it. Real family atmosphere kids thrive. They've started doing Nerf parties this year and I can't recommend them enough. Was the most stress free party ever. Get to shoot your kids with nerf guns which is quite therapeutic. The kids have an amazing time running round with nerf guns The gym is completely transformed into a maze to run around. There's the extra surprise of a piniata You can opt for food and I recommend it. Best party I've ever done. You get to enjoy it as well.

  Absolutely amazing place. Went to start getting healthier and fitter and honestly couldn’t be happier the team are all so friendly and made me feel super welcome as a complete beginner. Enjoy my Mondays and Wednesdays there every week now. Cheers Guys.

  My favourite place to be! Inclusive family atmosphere with fun classes and coaches! I train BJJ, Submission Grappling and MMA! You aren’t pressured to go out and compete, but the option to take your training to the next level is always there - it’s a really supportive environment

  My son loves it here, the coaches are amazing, my son always comes home happy, it gets very busy but honestly couldn't ask for better people to teach my boy Brazilian ju-jitsu and muai thai, so much love for this place

  I’ve had a great experience with The Combat Lab. The Muay Thai coaches as well as the students are all friendly and welcoming, probably one of the best communities in Weymouth. Would strongly recommend coming to one of the Muay Thai classes and giving it a try. They are supportive of beginners and give you space to grow in confidence. The 1-to-1s available through the club also allow you to work on your skills in a more targeted way.
