Amaazing gym with fantastic coaches, Ive never been one for sports but tried jiu jitsu once here and absolutely fell in love! Not only has it boosted my confidence and allowed me to meet so many amazing like minded women, Ive managed to shift a load of weight without changing anything else in my life and enjoyed learning a new skill whilst doing so!
Joined gorilla fight team 2 years ago as a sighed up for a charity mma event. Justin and Damo the x2 head coaches took me and helped me develop my skills for a charity bout. Was the best thing I ever did joining the gym. Made friends for life, learned how to defend myself with range of martial arts. Gorilla fight team is like a big family. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to get fit, fight ready or wants to learn some self defence.
