Both my kids have been here for over 2 years now, Aged 8 and 7. Staff are really friendly but firm. Very hands on. Discipline is top notch here. Give it a try and see for your self.
Fantastic place to train and learn Muay Thai, trainers are very experienced and helpful. Various age group classes, different times and private sessions are available. Iv recently joined again and loving the fitness improvement I have made. Taz is has genuine love to teach the youth and everyone must take advantage of his knowledge. Get your kids down or get in yourself!

Excellent Place to train for all ages, very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The teacher is very nice and shows a great deal of respect especially to newcomers.
Saturday was my son's first day there but the coach was really mean to him and the gloves smelled so bad that after practice, my son's hands smelled bad and during practice, the teacher stepped on my son's shins when he was doing sit ups and kicked my son's stomach so I recommend you to never enroll your kid or kids there.
