    Phenomenal community, knowledgeable instructors and good space. My only complaint would be that there isn't a class every day! Good mix of experience levels and mindsets across competition, self-defence or just personal progression - find a great group of instructors and training partners at Pedro Sauer UK.

    best thing I have ever done I think. Everyone is so friendly,and the fitness is just right. Anyone who is thinking of doing a martial arts jujitsu is the way. Not only good for fitness but good for anger and stress and you feel like you achieve something every time you go. So yea would definitely recommend team Pedro sauer.
