  Ive trained here since they moved to Applegate and Ive been very pleased with my time at Tap em Out. TJ's enthusiasm for Jiujitsu is contageous and he is clearly dedicated to bringing out the best in all of his students. Seeing so many people through the years improve their health, fitness, and confidence while leaning Jiujitsu has truly been inspiring.

  My kids were very nervous to start jujitsu, but TJ was really welcoming and patient. All of the people there are very friendly and helpful. It's a great place and a lot of fun. We couldn't be happier.
