Best gym in Ireland, came over for work, this was a great way to meet new people especially all the staff and the coaches that were high level trained. I was able to learn so much and train harder with a coach called Harry who is high level and such a great individual.

I visited Talos Grappling for a Nogi session while on holiday and I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The coaching was excellent and was followed by some rolls with excellent training partners. I contacted the club in advance and the communication was equally good. If you’re looking for somewhere to train you won’t go wrong. Thanks to everyone that I met.

I’ve been training at Talos Grappling for a year and a half, and I can’t recommend it enough! The level of coaching is outstanding—each coach is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in your progress. The friendly atmosphere makes every class enjoyable, with a great sense of community among all the members. Joining Talos Grappling has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Started out with the beginners course and had lots of fun and learned alot. The entire setup is great with excellent facilities and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, a real energy to the place. The coaches are all friendly and knowledgeable and willing to give you their time. The classes are really really enjoyable. Huge respect to Conor and Harry and the coaches for all their hard work in running something so special.

Only 2 months into BJJ and I could not recommend this gym enough. Every single person is welcoming and friendly. The hardest part is going the first time before you know anyone after that you'll be part of the furniture.
