Started my BJJ journey at Talos and couldn't be happier! I've had a great experience and absolutely fallen in love with the sport thanks to the amazing coaches and welcoming team. From day one everyone was friendly, supportive, and eager to help me learn, which made starting something new feel a lot less intimidating. The atmosphere is fantastic, motivating, and so much fun to train in. I couldn't recommend Talos enough if you are thinking about starting BJJ. Great place, great people, and an awesome environment to learn and grow.

I had the chance to visit Talos Grappling for a guest training session and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, everyone was very welcoming and made me feel at home from the start. The classes were engaging and well-structured, taught with a lot of passion and attention to detail. The training space is perfectly prepared and has everything you need. Overall, a great place to train and meet awesome people. I highly recommend it!
Best gym in Ireland, came over for work, this was a great way to meet new people especially all the staff and the coaches that were high level trained. I was able to learn so much and train harder with a coach called Harry who is high level and such a great individual.
Posted 2 years agoI visited Talos Grappling for a Nogi session while on holiday and I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The coaching was excellent and was followed by some rolls with excellent training partners. I contacted the club in advance and the communication was equally good. If you’re looking for somewhere to train you won’t go wrong. Thanks to everyone that I met.
I’ve been training at Talos Grappling for a year and a half, and I can’t recommend it enough! The level of coaching is outstanding—each coach is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in your progress. The friendly atmosphere makes every class enjoyable, with a great sense of community among all the members. Joining Talos Grappling has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Posted 2 years agoStarted out with the beginners course and had lots of fun and learned alot. The entire setup is great with excellent facilities and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, a real energy to the place. The coaches are all friendly and knowledgeable and willing to give you their time. The classes are really really enjoyable. Huge respect to Conor and Harry and the coaches for all their hard work in running something so special.
Posted 2 years agoOnly 2 months into BJJ and I could not recommend this gym enough. Every single person is welcoming and friendly. The hardest part is going the first time before you know anyone after that you'll be part of the furniture.
