Alonso is a great coach. He keeps self defense techniques front and center! Love the practicality! Brazilian jujitsu BJJ and boxing on Main Street in Mitchell, South Dakota.

Love this gym - coach is a super legit BJJ black belt, students are tough and hungry to learn, space was welcoming, and schedule is accommodating. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town - three thumbs up :)
