Banging gym - great equipment, great trainers, great classes. The olympic lifting class in particular is fantastic, Les is a legend and an incredibly welcoming coach. Gets hot in the summer, but it is called the Sweatbox...

Have started the callisthenics classes at Sweatbox and I cannot give enough credit to the coaches here! They’re so friendly from reception to the classes. Tuggy is one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. He makes you feel so welcomed and makes you want to better yourself! It’s always nerve racking joining a class when you’re a beginner. But you won’t ever feel that at Sweatbox or in Tuggy’s classes. Best gym and best coaches around!

Abesolutely the best gym ! Loved the multi - disciplinary focus on martial arts, boxing, calisthenics, sauna and Olympic / Power Lifting - Highly recommended for any hybrid!

Joined about 3 years ago and really enjoy the classes I take. The open gym is also well equipped to train a variety of things. There are a lot of seriously dedicated athletes. Because of this vibe, there seems to be a lot of mutual respect between members, and it's a really safe place for women (I have never been bothered). Some equipment is old, but it still works amazing. I rarely use any machines at all, so I really like the open space and separate lifting platforms. If I had to make suggestions, it would be to dust a bit more often, add a set of dballs (slam balls).

I can’t recommend this gym highly enough!! From the moment you walk in, there’s always a smiling, welcoming face and an atmosphere that lifts your mood instantly The music is always on point, and the energy in the space is just infectious - it makes you want to train! The gym itself has everything - whether you’re into calisthenics, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, MMA or BJJ you can do it all One of my favourite things is the café area as you walk in - I feel like this is such a rare find in a gym and it gives the whole place such a relaxed, community feel. Whether it’s grabbing a coffee before a session or chilling out after, it’s just 😮‍💨 Because of this I’ve met some incredible friends and always feel inspired just being in the environment 🫶🏻 There is also a sauna which I use frequently - If you’re looking for more than just a gym and you want a space that feels like home, full of good vibes and even better people - this is it!
