These classes are so fun and empowering! Tom is competent, patient and keeps the energy light and positive - overall a wonderful teacher. He’s excellent at breaking down the steps and gradually building on the sequences we’re learning, by the end you get a real sense you’ve achieved something. You don’t need to turn up with a partner because Tom makes sure we all mingle and pair up with different people throughout. You also get plenty of personal guidance and feedback, it really feels like a private lesson. Fantastic value and awesome way to learn something new and get a workout too!

Really fun and really inclusive, I've always struggled with fitness and finding the right sport for me, but I think I've found it here!
