I’ve had a few private lessons with Coach Kris to work on my Muay Thai. Every time I walk into Supreme Striking it’s always so welcoming, fun and CLEAN. I know that my training experience is going to be focused on the areas I need help in to becoming the best I can be. It’s always a great session and I leave feeling more confident in my abilities in Muay Thai. Don’t hesitate on starting something new or perfecting something you’ve already started. With the many years of knowledge combined and the sincerity in wanting to see others achieve their goals this is the perfect place to be. I couldn’t be more happier. Always excited when I walk into the doors.

If you’re looking for a place to lose weight WHILE still learning the fundamentals of boxing and Muay Thai I recommend this place. Very diverse and friendly . The coaches are great and very helpful . Such a great experience you learn a lot and will see the improvement !

Very affordable Muay Thai, Boxing & Kickboxing gym. Offers classes 5 days a week Mon-Fri ranging from beginner to expert (Ages 3-100) 😊 Coach Robert brings a ton of experience and patience with the little ones. All coaches are great, you’ll be in great hands with whomever is teaching. Highly recommend this gym if you want to see your kids grow and learn self defense skills.

One of the best choices I made was signing up for this gym. Awesome staff and a great coach. I signed up for Muay Thai but also do the boxing class because they offer such great techniques for both. The sessions are thorough and explained well. Beginners or advanced fighters can find a home here. I’ve been coming for 2 months and have seen pounds fall off and my technique improve. The environment is welcoming and fellow classmates are very friendly. It’s a great place to be.

Both my daughters (6 and 13) learn and train in muay thai here. Great gym, coaches and fellow students. Class range in time frames for all ages, from little ones to adults. Whether it’s boxing or muay thai yourself in good hands.

I also like that this gym emphasizes on safety during sparring sessions. Unlike some other gyms where sparring can be intense, here sparring is conducted in a light and controlled manner. This minimizes the risk of injuries and is great for beginners to learn without feeling intimidated. I highly recommend SSMA to anyone looking to learn Muay Thai in a safe, effective, and supportive environment. This is a great gym to join either Muay Thai or Boxing. I have personally joined the Muay Thai class and have had a great experience learning from Coach Rob. Doesn’t matter what level you are at he makes sure you understand the techniques as well as make sure that you are doing the form correctly. Everyone is friendly and you will be pushed to your limits (in a good way)!
