Posted 1 year agoI've dropped in for a few classes here. Lots of classes available throughout the day, including weekends. Large mat, clean facility, showers on site, great location. His and hers locker/changing rooms. Prices are reasonable. The coaches provide solid instruction. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Great gym!
Posted 2 years agoThe BEST place to train. Kids, teens and adult classes. Professor Francisco and all the coaches are very professional, friendly, and above all else caring. They truly want you to succeed. They are a family there and always welcome everybody with open arms. Would. HIGHLY recommend over and over again.
Posted 5 years agoI spend a lot of time hiking, road cycling, or running alone, and through it all, I've always had a bit of fear regarding being attacked. I joined figuring I'd learn a few self defense techniques, but I've been able to get so much more from training here. I've joined a family, one that helps me get better on the mat and outside. I'm not saying I'm a killer now and I would send an attacker to the hospital- but I would have a chance to get away, a better chance at staying alive even. I've gained a family that I know I can count on to be there if I needed them, at any hour of the day or night. ZR La Verne is the place to be training, no doubt.
