It's been about a year since I've joined boxing at Studio 925 and it's honestly been a life changing experience. Everyone is so nice and supportive. Big shout out to Coach Jason - my first day of the free 7 day trial and I knew right away this was the place I'd want to learn how to box. Fast forward to now, I can't believe the progress I've made and I hope to continue to train here for a long time. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ☺️🤍🖤❤️

Without any doubt, by far, the best Muay Thai class I have tried in this area. The coach Tony is great, he gives you advices but also the space you need. Everyone in the class is nice and there is a good vibe. It is a 2 hours class so it is very complete as a workout. Super recommended

Great trainers and great atmosphere. Very family-friendly as well. Highly recommend this gym if you are either new, intermediate, or advanced.

Such a great environment for kids and adults. My kids and husband have been going here for awhile and it has been great. They have different classes and levels for every need. Coach Jason and the entire Studio925 team are great at what they do.

I joined Studio 925 Fit in October 2022 when I was recovering from having a baby. I trained jiu ji-tsu with Vitor Xavier since 2014, and transferred to this gym when he became the head coach. I was 12 weeks postpartum and was struggling to get my body moving. Vitor was very patient and empathetic with me getting back into jiu jitsu. I realized I needed more fitness training to get where I needed to be. This is where Jason comes in. My husband and I began going into the gym around 10 am a few days a week and we were doing our own thing. Didn't really have a fitness plan other than what we knew from youtube and previous circuit training. Jason, one of the partners at the gym, would greet us every day. He noticed our consistency and offered to help me with some guided training. He is very friendly, helpful and meets you where you are in your fitness journey. I started off two days a week doing circuit training 30 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest. I started with struggling though two round circuits in an hour. I didn't lose a single pound for months. But I felt myself getting stronger and lasting longer on each round. In December 2022, I finally started to drop weight! I was so excited to have little wins. My journey is far from over but I am now doing 45 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest and finishing four round circuit in 45 minutes. I am back to work now, and can only make it to fitness 1-2 days per week but now they've added an 11 am Fitness class with works really well for our schedule. The training is the same for a postpartum mom vs a professional athlete. My husband was not as motivated to join me with Jason's workouts, but now, its been 3 weeks of him and he's completing the four rounds and going to the gym 4 days a week plus his jiu jitsu training a few days a week. Jason will get you where you need to be no matter where your starting your journey. Back to Jiu jitsu, I am training Jiu jitsu a few days a week, i go to both gi, No-gi, both beginner and advanced classes depending on my schedule. I have been training for about 9 years and the beginner classes are helpful even in my advanced level. Sometimes you catch details that you didn't acknowledge in the early training years. The advanced class is great, there is always people staying for the rolls and even later for extra drilling. there are four black belts, one brown belt, a large amount of purple belts and quite a few blue belts. So there is always a variety of skillsets to get great training in. The gym is just getting started and as it gets more enrollment, I'm sure there will be more jiujitsu class times. This week my 13 year old daughter and I took the X-treme Hip Hop dance class with Jenny and it was so fun, and beginner friendly. This class is included in the gym membership, however it is $10 for non members. Most of the class ( which was quite full!) were all non members. They all came specifically to be instructed by Jenny! The music was great, I didn't know some of the moves but it was fun anyway. I got a great workout and I was sweating my butt off. I overheard my daughter during the class hip hop class proud to say she does boxing and jiu jitsu at the gym also. She is really loving the boxing class and trying to convince her friends to sign up with her. The culture at the gym is super inviting and welcoming to visitors and new members. I love it. If you're looking for a home away from home and quality workouts, come to Studio 925.
