As the home of Six Blades Jiu-Jitsu Martinez, 925 Jiu Jitsu offers a first-class curriculum in a friendly, safe, and clean environment where students learn to redefine and break through limits. We have classes for students of all levels ranging from beginners to competitors.
We have been bringing our 10-year-old son here for a year and a half now. It is a wonderful way to teach discipline , focus, commitment, and patience, as well as a great physical activity for an active child. The coaches are extremely supportive and dedicated and promote a culture of respect. 925 Jiu-Jitsu has been a wonderful, positive experience that we enjoy. We like it because of the family atmosphere. Plus it's not only teaching our child self defense but it's also teaching our child that even though it's hard work, you can over come it by applying yourself. Professor Erico is a down to earth instructor who is meticulously detail-oriented on the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is very observant during practice drills and genuinely wants his students to progressively get better and do well in class as well as in competition. Most importantly, he is also a great mentor on and off the mat. The staff and team of coaches are great at working with the kids no matter where they’re at in their experience. Can’t say enough!

Erico is a great coach and EVERYONE in the dojo is extremely trustworthy and careful--that being said people are willing to push and encourage you depending on how much intensity you desire. If you show commitment and heart everyone is very willing to help you get to that next level of competence.

Our family has been attending 925 Jiu Jitsu for about three months, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. When my son first started, I was concerned that he might be far behind the other kids. However, I am amazed by his transformation in such a short period. He has learned so many techniques and grown in confidence and skill. My husband and I were so impressed with his progress that we decided to join as well, making this a wonderful family affair. We've been to other places before, but 925 Jiu Jitsu truly stands out. The sense of community and family is unparalleled. If you're considering joining, I can assure you that you won't regret it. This has been a fantastic experience for all of us, and we love every second of it!

I came to jujitsu very hesitant because I always thought it was a ‘macho ego’ filled man sport. But I was going through some things and wanted to feel safer as a woman in this world so my husband suggested it so I tried. I’ve only been going for a short time and I am already OBSESSED and so empowered! Thanks to Erico and how simply he breaks down and explains the moves and makes me feel like my safety is 1st priority. I feel like I am growing exponentially as a fighter and have never felt this confident in my life! Thank you 925🫶🏻

Erico has fostered an environment in which both children and adults have the opportunity to enhance their self-confidence, build tenacity, and gain positive relationships. The depth of knowledge and passion he brings to his coaching style gives a clear map of the techniques and philosophy of Jiu Jitsu. The members of the Six Blades Academy are welcoming, helpful, and buoyant. The mentality and skills I have learned through Erico have not only helped me to advance in my Jiu Jitsu but also create peace and calmness in my professional and personal life. I am better able to approach problems/challenges with a clear frame of mind. This Academy has been the best experience I have ever had while training Jiu Jitsu.
