  I've been training at this club for few months now and honestly it's been an absolute amazing experience. The coaches are elite – really knowledgeable and patient - whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience. The classes are well-structured. The atmosphere is really supportive and friendly. It's a great place to learn and push yourself. Highly recommend checking it out!! 10/10.

  My daughter has been attending training here for several months now. She has enjoyed every lesson. The training is intense and fun (my daughter's words) and delivered in a kind, caring and professional manner. She has grown in confidence and enjoys telling me about what she has learnt after class. She always looks forward to her Monday class.

  Stronghold is an absolutely fantastic MMA gym! Expert trainers, motivating environment, and top-notch facilities. I've seen incredible progress in the short time i’ve been here.Highly recommend for anyone who wants to start fighting or Improve their fitness .Five stars!

  I’ve been training at Stronghold for several months now, and I can honestly say it is the best Jiu-Jitsu gym around. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about teaching. The training environment is welcoming and supportive, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great community vibe. I Highly recommend for anyone looking to start on there BJJ journey or for people to improve if they have already trained in the past
