I have trained martial arts and combat sports for more than 20 years. I started BJJ in Cambridge just before COVID and when I moved to Peterborough, I joined Icon. I have to say that it is a great place to train with friendly coaches and training partners. My children also train here in kids classes as well as my wife. My wife actually quit BJJ before and gave it another go at Icon and she really enjoys it which is probably the biggest compliment to the club.

One word for this club, it's instructors and it's team.....Amazing!! I'm an older member who is not in the best of shape. Currently working hard to get myself fitter. Was very apprehensive and self conscious about trying a class, but no need. The instructors and the team are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I now look forward to going to every class I can. My son has also joined the kids classes at the club, which are also fantastic. Still sitting on the fence? Don't! Give it a try and just do your best (however good or bad that might at the moment). You won't look back!!

I have trained with icon for a few years now. I can highly recommend the club. The instructors are skilled and professional amd the atmosphere in the club is superb. Overall great place to train and met like minded people. Jonathon purple belt.

I highly recommend anyone considering taking up martial arts to head down to Icon. Great people, great environment and great training. I have been training here for close to a year and hand on my heart you will never find a more welcoming fight gym than this, this bunch are some of the kindest people I have ever met. It is easy to progress under the guidance of the head coach Delroy and there is never pressure put on learning something the first time, the coaches will advise you as many times as it takes to learn. This is truly the place to be!

ICON is an awsome gym to train at! the coaches are brilliant and it's a very friendly atmosphere. The level is high but people do not take advantage of others ie lower belts etc. Everyone is very welcoming here so it makes new comers feel at ease. I've trained at many gyms over the years but definitely found a good base at icon Peterborough.

ICON Peterborough is an amazing Brazilian Jiu-jitsu academy. The facilities are excellent, the people are really friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease. The instructors are amazing and really look after you 10/10 🥋 Highly recommended for kids and adults

I’ve been training at Icon Peterborough for some time now. I can honestly say it’s definitely one of the best Brazilian jiu-jitsu around here. The Head Coach (Del) is just awesome!! The quality of training is of the highest standard too! Everyone there is really friendly and welcoming also. I really can’t recommend this club enough. If you’ve ever wanted to better yourself, physically and mentally and get fit along the way, then come down to Icon Peterborough and try it for yourself, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!! OSU!
