I have met John through wrestling and grappling in which he is very skilled and knowledgeable. He is very good at teaching as he gives you tips and tricks but still lets you learn in the way that’s best for you. Would recommend!

I have had nothing but positive experiences when training with John. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does in both striking and grappling, tailoring his teachings to what works best for you. He is extremely calm, patient and works on your level, allowing you to develop at your own pace as well as helping you understand how his teachings applies in real-world self-defence situations. Good care is taken when sparring, due to John's excellent control, allowing me to come out of sessions injury free. Overall, he is a warm, friendly character and in general just a great person who I would highly recommend to anyone looking to build confidence and learn self defence.

John is a patient and highly knowledgeable instructor. If you are interested in learning not only mixed martial arts but weapons training and having fun while doing it I would highly recommend. He is very calm and puts you at ease even if you are a complete beginner. John has studied multiple different disciplines and I learned a lot from him from only a few sessions so far. Definitely worth checking out.
