Great Gym. Very very good experienced trainer who has a good laugh all while being supportive and helping you with your training. I’m on my 4th session of kickboxing and BJJ, I don’t feel embarrassed about being a beginner and new on my feet. Very good 💪

Looking for MMA, kick boxing, BJJ or self defence classes in Sheffield? I’ve tried out many martial arts classes over the last 20years and this place is amazing. Very knowledgeable and experienced instructor with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
