We are a Stoic family! My husband has been attending here for almost 3 years, my son has been here since he was 5 years old (he is almost 8), and my 4 year old daughter started here last year. The coaches are highly experienced, very encouraging with the right amount of tough love, and they know how to work with kids of different ages and levels. They are also welcoming and supportive. I see a lot of personal growth, especially with having more confidence, in both of my kids. This is the main extracurricular activity for both of them, and we are so glad to find Stoic BJJ!
Posted 1 year agoDropped in for a morning class while visiting a buddy who attends Stoic JJ, the facility is awesome, huge, clean and organized. The coaches are very knowledgeable and authentic and all the other practitioners were super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend no matter what your skill level is or if you're looking to start your jiu jitsu journey, the highly recommend
Posted 1 year agoI have been training here for almost 2 years now… and thought I already left a review guess I didn’t. Anyways this gym has become a home away from home for me, my wife, and my daughter. If you notice in these photos (one of which was our gender reveal we did) my daughter is in the photos because this gym truly is a family and everyone looks after everyone including their little ones. What Cooper Natalia and Jordan have built here is something special. The culture of this gym is unmatched. As well as their Jiu Jitsu being top notch, I have been very successful in competition training under these 3 black belts. It works, and works well. I love this place and the people here so deeply and it has changed my families life for the better. I came here for the Jiu Jitsu I’m staying for the people.
Posted 2 years agoI took advantage of their free 30 day trial, came to three classes, and was hooked and signed up! I have had nothing but great experiences at each class - personable coaches, great instruction, a culture of camaraderie, clean and neat space. Also more affordable compared to other gyms in the area. The 6am classes work best for my schedule and I try to take time to go to one evening class a week, but I love that there's so many classes in the week that are available. Highly recommend Stoic BJJ for anyone interested in jiu jitsu or looking for a great workout! Come join us!
Posted 4 years agoGreat school with fantastic coaching staff. Since my daughter and I have been attending we've seen the enrollment grow exponentially. They offer both kids and adult classes with several time options during the week to accommodate just about any schedule. No matter what your goal is with jiu jitsu the coaches here will support you 100%. Jiu jitsu is a small world, ask around. Stoic is legit.
