  Have been attending for 3 years and have consistently received great instruction from Justin C., and Nathan T., at the dojo. Courses are taught at an appropriate level and time for adults and youth alike. Classes have historically been smaller in size which allows for more personal instruction and guidance to improve one's ability to practice the art of their choice. Occasionally I take my son to Friday classes whereby he has received good instruction to improve his wrestling skills for middle school. This is also a great place to go if you're looking to lose weight or improve your fitness in general.

  An extremely friendly and accepting group of people! Every instructor here is very talented and cares deeply about your progress in martial arts and your ability to defend yourself. This isn't a dojo intent on making money by passing you through the levels quickly. This place has integrity! You'll work hard and love doing it. I strongly recommend it for all ages as there are classes available from small small child all the way up to adult.

  Took my boys in for a free session... Signed them up, and life took an unexpected turn and we moved... Tried day in and day out to get ahold of someone to cancel... And then finally did. Dude said we wouldn't be charged... Needless to say, he lied. Twice I was charged. Thankfully my bank handled it.
