Been going here for about to years now. This isn't just a fighters gym but also a family oriented community of like minded individuals looking to improve their physical and mental health. They offer a wide variety of classes that anyone of any skill level can join. This gym is home for me and I couldn't recommend it enough. Coaches are top notch and care about the quality of coaching they provide.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been training at Stars and Strikes MMA for the past 6 months, and it’s been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. In that time, I’ve had the opportunity to compete in two fights, and I can honestly say the growth I’ve seen in both my skills and confidence has been incredible. Coach James and Coach Nick Fillion are not only knowledgeable and experienced but truly care about each individual’s progress. They create a motivating environment that pushes you to be your best, both inside and outside the cage. Whether you’re looking to compete or simply improve your fitness and discipline, this is the place to be. The atmosphere is welcoming, the team is supportive, and the training is top-tier. I’m proud to be part of the Stars and Strikes family and highly recommend it to anyone serious about MMA or personal development.
