I’ve been to a few different gyms and definitely had the best experience at Spartan. The coach was super welcoming and helpful in the lesson, and so were the other students! The way the training was structured was really enjoyable and a great workout. I’m looking forward to doing more lessons!

I have had the pleasure of going to all three locations and I personally really enjoy the Stouffville facility for a multitude of reasons. It’s a great community, it is a relatively large space (although the Markham location is larger if that is important to you) and I tend to try and attend join Kru Julius’s classes as much as possible as his teaching style is easy to adapt to and he makes it an enjoyable experience/environment. Whether you’re a beginner or more advance, this location has it all!! Not to mention that it is great for people with busy schedules! Highly recommend :)

My son absolutely loves attending classes at Spartan Academy! The coaches are fantastic — supportive, skilled, and really great with the kids. He always looks forward to going, and it’s been amazing to see how much confidence he’s gained since starting. Highly recommend!

I just started 1 on 1 PT with Coach Moe and it has brought my training to another level. Coach Moe is very technical and passionate and adapts to your pace and gradually turns it up as session goes. Highly recommended !! and looking forward to improving myself in MT with Coach Moe. Give these guys a buzz!
