    I’ve been going to Southside Combat for about four or 5 months, 3-4 days a week. I participate in the strength training classes which has been a real encouraging way to get back into weightlifting and finding community. They’re about an hour of strength training and cardio based workouts that change every 3-4 weeks. I get stronger every week and feel a lot more confident in my body’s ability which is helpful in my line of work. The coaches all have great personalities and keep the challenge of going to the gym more fun. I really enjoy this gym and recommend it for anyone at any level especially because I know the workouts are strategically made and it takes a mental load off when I don’t have to think about it.

    Ben, Char & the whole crew at Southside are truly masters of their craft. They are incredibly passionate about what they do & their aura is absolutely infectious! Genuinely going above & beyond every day to make you feel comfortable while simultaneously pushing you past your limits with each & every workout. So if you are looking to shatter your plateau, conquer your next challenge or simply try something new, Southside is definitely the gym for you!!!

    Me and my family have tried a few gyms here in flagstaff and none come close to Southside. We’ve been attending the morning weight class with Ben for about a year now and not a bad class sense. We love how family oriented the class is and how much Ben actually cares about you and your gym progress. If you are looking for a gym Southside is definitely the best option!!

    Amazing gym and community! I started going to the Strength and Conditioning class at Southside after years of lower back pain and tweaking my knee backpacking. I struggled with some basic movements for a while but within 6 months, I was able to double my weight in a lot of the lifts. My back and knee pain is now gone and I'm also a stronger hiker and skier as well because of this class. Ben does a great job at creating well rounded workout plans that can be tailored to all fitness levels and modified for injuries. Plus it's so nice to not have to plan my workouts anymore. Highly recommend Southside to everyone!

    Myself, my husband, and daughter have been going to their morning workout class 4 days a week for over a year now. Every morning it is a fun, challenging workout. We love this gym!
