Great dojo and community atmosphere. The kids classes are amazing fun and great for building confidence, respect, discipline and resilience. The instructors do a great job in breaking down technical aspect in small easy to digest details. Would highly recommend!

Joshua before we went in was nevus however after he was buzzing all last night and I could not stop him talking about how great it was and how he cant wait until Friday next week. Once again thank you for your setup and the dedication you have already shown Joshua.
Posted 1 year agoDropped in for a session while travelling. Great atmosphere, great high level coaching with a lot of attention being paid to students. Everyone was very nice and welcoming - looking forwards to dropping in again!
Posted 2 years agoIf you are thinking about trying Jiu Jitsu, I absolutely recommend Southern Tribes Milton Keynes. Its the sort of gym that captures everything good about the sport. Despite being thoroughly unprepared to train, they sorted me with some gear and let me join the class anyway. I came in and immediately felt welcomed by the members training on the day. It was clear they all enjoyed training there, enjoying the sport as well as each others company. Everyone was in good spirits and having a laugh together. Sometimes you go into a gym and there is just a good vibe. Southern Tribes has that and i'm very grateful they let me experience it.
