Cannot speak highly enough of Southern Tribes. Started my eldest daughter nearly three years ago, then I joined and finally my youngest daughter - we all love it. Great atmosphere to learn Jujitsu in a fun, friendly and effective way! They will support you towards your goals whether it be fitness, self defence, self confidence or even competing!

Southern Tribes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has been outstanding for our kids. Coach Brad is a consummate professional whose guidance has seen them grow tremendously, developing into multiple-time champions and achieving titles such as the British Championship and double gold at the British Open.

ZR Team MK is so much more than just Jiu Jitsu. Yes, the coaching is fantastic and the training is top quality, but what really makes it special is the community. Great dojo and community atmosphere. The kids classes are amazing fun and great for building confidence, respect, discipline and resilience. The instructors do a great job in breaking down technical aspect in small easy to digest details. Would highly recommend!

I just wanted to thank everyone last night. Joshua before we went in was nevus however after he was buzzing all last night and I could not stop him talking about how great it was and how he cant wait until Friday next week. Dropped in for a session while travelling. Great atmosphere, great high level coaching with a lot of attention being paid to students. Everyone was very nice and welcoming - looking forwards to dropping in again!

If you are thinking about trying Jiu Jitsu, I absolutely recommend Southern Tribes Milton Keynes. Its the sort of gym that captures everything good about the sport. Despite being thoroughly unprepared to train, they sorted me with some gear and let me join the class anyway. I came in and immediately felt welcomed by the members training on the day. It was clear they all enjoyed training there, enjoying the sport as well as each others company. Everyone was in good spirits and having a laugh together. Sometimes you go into a gym and there is just a good vibe. Southern Tribes has that and i'm very grateful they let me experience it.
