The hardest thing to do for so many is going to a new gym for the first time especially on your own. My daughter’s boyfriend did just that after wanting to go for time. The whole gym were so friendly and he was made most welcome. The coaches repeated ‘ if it’s your 1st time’ and he was never alone just standing. He rolled with most, loved every second and joined immediately after session.💪🙏❤️

Great place for hobbiests and competitors. The staff put in so much extra time and work to support members, I don't know when they rest! I'd say try a class, you'll enjoy it.

Amazing MMA gym I dropped in for a session while working in Nottingham for the week and felt extremely welcome by both the coaches and the students. They offer very high quality training and yet still accommodate to those who are beginners. 10/10 will definitely be visiting again next time I’m in Nottingham !

Went for a trial session for grappling and had a really good experience, even though it’s challenging as a beginner the brothers take out their time to help you understand the position and techniques allowing it to be easier. The atmosphere was very welcoming! Look forward to improving more with the gym.
