  Stopped in for 2 weeks while visiting and had a great experience. Great atmosphere and plenty of mat room. Austin is a great teacher and answered several of my questions by going in depth and showing me what he was talking about. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town.

  I am coming up on 2 years at this school! It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Professor Austin since day one has always pushed me and really emphasized opening my mind and never to concede. My form has really catapulted into something else being here. Staff is amazing! They really take the time to work with you and answer your questions. The kids classes is great for my little ones. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and caring. If your new or interested in training with one of the best on the planet. Sol is the place for you. If you are thinking about it, just do it. It really will be one of the best choices of your life.

  This will be my second year training at Sol BJJ and fifth year training BJJ as a whole. Sol fosters a healthy, positive, and welcoming culture. Not only does the quality and engaging instruction standout, but so does the community. The community at this gym is one where you feel uplifted and comfortable every day. The gym is also the largest I have ever seen with a ton of mat space and is extremely clean.

  Austin is the best black belt competitor in AZ! He also runs an amazing program and carries himself with the highest integrity on and off the mat. My JiuJitsu has leveled up so much since I started training here.
