Posted 1 year agoIm a professional stunt performer in TV and film in Los Angeles and just moved to Traverse City. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found this gym to train in. Chris, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable in many fighting styles and explains boxing techniques in ways that have transformed my performance in just a few sessions. Really impressed with the level of expertise here along with the cleanliness and good vibes.
Posted 2 years agoFriendly, laid-back, yet professional atmosphere. Still at the beginning of my BJJ journey but I really like this place so far! Instructors (and other experienced students) have been great, very knowledgeable.
Posted 2 years agoAs a Realtor, we partner with Significant Strikes for Realtor Safety Classes. The feedback has been enormously positive. The gang at Significant Strikes makes everyone feel comfortable, while being educated on escape techniques, boxing and maybe a little grappling.
Posted 3 years agoAbsolutely our favorite youth activity we take our 9y.o. to. The coaches here are so phenomenal with the kids (and everyone else). Youth classes have been amazing for self-confidence building, meeting new friends, having a place to be himself and have so much fun while learning new skills. I am so grateful to have these guys in TC, they're supportive and welcoming of everyone who comes through the door. I don't know what we'd do without them.
