  Great coaches! Learning a lot in Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! Since starting I have lost 50lbs! There is a kids class that's just great for self defense and staying active!

  Aaron is great! He has a keen eye that can see if you need to adjust your body or movement to perform the move as it should be done! He works great with persons of different ages and different levels of experience!
