  We had tried another jiu-jitsu school before for my son Antonio, but our experience at Signature has been completely different in the best way. The attention and care they give to the kids is excellent, and my son feels very welcomed and motivated to train. Taid and Yasmin are incredible instructors. They are patient, attentive, and truly know how to work with children while teaching discipline and confidence. We’re very happy to have found this place. Highly recommend Signature to any family looking for a great jiu-jitsu school!

  I’ve been training at SOJ BJJ since the start of the year after moving from out of state, and I’ve trained at several BJJ gyms in the past. Having that comparison, I can honestly say this is the most modern, clean, and beautiful BJJ gym I’ve ever seen. There’s tons of natural sunlight, floor to ceiling windows, and wide open mat space. It genuinely feels like the Apple Store of BJJ gyms. Taidi is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and what really stands out is how he teaches. He focuses heavily on concepts and the why behind techniques, not just memorizing moves. He’s extremely patient and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you understand. The community here is also amazing. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and easy to connect with. There are no egos at all, and it truly feels like a family gym. Taidi’s entire family trains here, it’s welcoming for kids, beginners, and experienced practitioners alike. Even though I’ve practiced BJJ elsewhere before, I feel like I’m learning more here because of the emphasis on concepts rather than techniques for the sake of techniques. If you’re looking to level up your BJJ in a clean, modern, and genuinely friendly environment, this is the place.

  So many great things to say about SOJJ. The facility is owned and operated by a wonderful Brazilian family who treat you and your children like family. Professor Taidi & Yasmin are wonderful instructors to my child. Our child is quickly learning and improving day to day. They offer a range of classes and the membership makes it easy to attend classes with no hassle. There is a waiting room with open access to view the mat and watch your children develop, learn and play with classmates (when it’s play time) I’ve heard great things about fellow parents who have been with SOJJ before their new location. The space is clean, open and newly remodeled which makes you feel like home when you’re there. Parking is readily available, plenty of shops, restaurants or grocery stores nearby to handle errands while your child is in class if you prefer not to stay. We are very grateful for the SOJJ family and look forward to many more years together.

  If you’re looking for a family friendly environment for your kids training and development this is a great place. My son and I have been training here for a year now and we love it. Coach Taidi is a great coach and very professional. And also if you’re bringing your kids you should also train too. It is great. They also have classes just for women if you don’t want to train with everyone. Coach Yasmin is really good and patient.

  We absolutely love Signature of Jiu-Jitsu! Professor Taidi and Coach Yasmin are outstanding instructors and role models who bring their genuine love for the sport to every single practice. They are incredibly warm and have welcomed us into their community with open arms, showing us the true Jiu-Jitsu way of life. ​Taidi’s new studio is amazing—I am so impressed with what he and his family have built here.
